CONSAVO provides comprehensive services in the areas of law, taxes, accounting, and auditing for corporations and individuals with an international focus.

For our Zürich/Zug office, we are currently looking for an Attorney-at-law (80%–100%, m/f) with responsibilities in the field of corporate, commercial, and contractual law in an international environment.

Your responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents related to corporate, commercial, and contract law with a focus on commercial aspects in the manufacturing, chemical and life sciences markets, including product safety and liability issues, product development and international trade (sourcing/distribution).
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis in commercial and contract law for Swiss and international clients.
• Advise clients on the legal implications of their business activities in Switzerland and abroad.
• Provide legal advice to clients on the matters of corporate and commercial law.
• Assist clients in the design and implementation of legal and compliance frameworks that align with their operational goals.
• Working with the team in preparing case files, gathering evidence, and compiling supporting documentation.

Your Profile

• Attorney-at-law degree from a Swiss or European university.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a professional and confident demeanor.
• Hands-on attitude, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Swiss, EU citizenship or C permit required.
