We are recruiting a lawyer with a practice focused on general contract and commercial law advice in the technology & digital economy, trade & distribution, insurance, transport and aviation industries. Litigation practice is an option. Start of employment as of 1 March 2026 or to be discussed.

You are admitted to the bar in Switzerland, have strong analytical skills combined with business acumen, an excellent academic curriculum and a few years of practice as an attorney and/or at a court. Oral and written proficiency in a national language (French or German) plus English is a must. Proficiency in oral and written Chinese (mandarin) is an advantage.
